kURL installations are failing with error "bash: line 41: kind:: command not found"

A change was released to kURL in version v20221116-0 that caused all installations to fail with error "bash: line 41: kind:: command not found". The release was quickly rolled back and a new version v20221116-1 was released with a fix.
